  Donate Smart does not charge any commission or transaction fee to the charity nor the donor therefore each dollar donated goes directly to the charity.

• Can I track all the donations I made using Donate Smart?

  Yes, you can track all your donations by logging into your account and accessing the reports section.

• Can I donate using Donate Smart to different causes or my donations will go to the charity and its up to them to decide how to use the funds.

  Donate Smart allows each charity to set-up causes for which it wants to raise funds. Charities would then be able to track how much each cause has raised and the results will also be shared with the public to help keep donors engaged.

• Can I use paypal to make a donation?

  You can donate by Paypal as well as credit/debit card.

• How can Donate Smart help the charities and donors when making cash donations?

  Donate Smart makes cash donations quicker and simpler as, at the time of making cash donations at a charity registered with Donate Smart, you would only need to provide with your email address and/or your mobile number and do not require to fill in any other personal information. The cash donation no matter what the amount is would get processed under your account and the charity will provide you with a donation receipt. You can also track your donation by logging into your Donate Smart account.
